Un \u2018vagabondage\u2019, une \u2018errance\u2019 en allers-retours entre ce que j\u2019\u00e9tais et ce que je vais devenir. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>A la m\u00e9nopause ou andropause, chacun se voit confront\u00e9 \u00e0 des changements physiologiques in\u00e9vitables. Et, comme \u00e0 l\u2019adolescence, il va falloir faire avec. Baisse de tonus, troubles du sommeil, prise de poids, irritabilit\u00e9, diminution de la libido, fragilit\u00e9 etc. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>La m\u00e9nopause (andropause) est un passage cr\u00e9atif \u00e0 retraverser comme \u00e0 l\u2019adolescence, non pas \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re d\u2019un simple retour imaginaire \u00e0 ce que nous \u00e9tions plus jeune, mais du c\u00f4t\u00e9 d\u2019une r\u00e9invention tourn\u00e9e vers l\u2019avenir. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>C\u2019est jouer \u00e0 nouveau, renouer avec ce qui nous apaise, nous rend un peu plus heureux, et nous soutient suffisamment pour vivre cette nouvelle \u00e9tape de vie qui s\u2019impose \u00e0 nous. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Aller consulter un psychologue ou un psychanalyste est souvent associ\u00e9 au d\u00e9sir de moins souffrir.
