Mais de mani\u00e8re contre intuitive, consulter un analyste c&rsquo;est au contraire s&rsquo;armer d&rsquo;un certain courage pour tenter de traverser cette angoisse. Car elle vient recouvrir une v\u00e9rit\u00e9 qui nous concerne et qui, certes, peut nous faire peur, mais que nous ne pouvons nier. Vouloir la repousser, la d\u00e9truire ou s&rsquo;en d\u00e9barrasser est vain. Aller \u00e0 sa rencontre et tenter d&rsquo;en saisir quelque chose, ouvre la voie \u00e0 une meilleure connaissance de soi, de ses d\u00e9sirs. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Oser venir parler de vos angoisses \u00e0 un th\u00e9rapeute, qui vous \u00e9coutera sans jugement et dans le cadre du secret professionnel, sera vertueux \u00e0 la fois pour att\u00e9nuer les somatisations connexes &#8211; anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, sensation d&rsquo;\u00e9touffement, \u00e9ruptions cutan\u00e9es, troubles du sommeil, douleurs, naus\u00e9es, vertiges, colon irritable, tachycardie, palpitations, n\u0153ud \u00e0 la gorge\/\u00e0 l&rsquo;estomac, peur, irritabilit\u00e9 &#8211; et vous apaiser.<\/span><\/p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;angoisse.
